- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee of $10 USD applies at checkout.
- Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package until it arrives.
Return Policy
- 30-Day Return Window: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
